Aroma
Dense burnt orange, caramelised crème brulee, burnt sugar, dried ripe fig, marinated dates, dripping toffee and golden maple syrup aromas. A great level of estery notes, but also not dominating the aroma.
Taste
Dry rich intense flavours of orange, toffee and molasses neatly packed into matured dried fig pie and roasted almonds. Boot polish, aged cedar and Cuban cigar notes.
