Aroma
Smokey notes of charred vegetable fused with molasses, maple syrup, wood smoke, ash and tropical flowers. Tones of wild bush honey, treacle, coffee beans and slight touches of candied lollies.
Taste
A lovely fusion of wood smoke, smoked vegetables and aged molasses notes. Great round spongy texture with flavours of dried orange, citrus marmalade and toffee, dried lime and a touch of agave leaf.
