Pot distilled and aged for a minimum of 3 years in barrels emptied of bourbon, sherry & port. Notes of crème brulee, burnt sugar, toffee & maple syrup. Hints of fig pie, roasted almonds & cedar. Australian certified organic molasses, wild yeast, Woombye water, dunder & muck. 100% unadulterated.

Aroma
Dense créme brulee, burnt sugar, fig, dates, toffee and maple syrup aromas.
Taste
Dry rich intense flavours of toffee, and molasses, neatly packed into matured dried fig pie together with roasted almonds and cedar notes. Estery notes like ripe banana and pineapple are present.
