Mai Tai
INGREDIENTS
– 60ml Nil Desperandum Botanical rum
– 15ml Orange liqueur
– 22.5ml fresh lime juice
– 10ml Orgeat syrup
– 7.5ml rich Demerara sugar syrup (2 parts sugar to 1 part water)
– Mint sprig
INGREDIENTS
Method: Place the Nil Desperandum Botanical rum, orange liqueur, fresh lime juice, Orgeat syrup and sugar syrup into a shaker and fill the shaker with a combination of crushed ice and ice cubes. Shake for 10 seconds or until very chilled. Pour, ice and all, into a rocks glass.
Garnish: Mint sprig and wheel of lime
Glassware: Rocks glass
