– 60ml Nil Desperandum Special rum
– 30ml fresh lime juice
– 20ml rich Demerara sugar syrup (2 parts sugar to 1 part water)
Method: Place the Nil Desperandum Special rum, sugar syrup and fresh lime juice into a shaker and fill the shaker with ice. Shake for 10 seconds or until very chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
