Dark and Desperandum

INGREDIENTS

– 60ml Nil Desperandum Special rum

– 15ml fresh lime juice

– 150ml non-alcoholic ginger beer

– Lime wedge 

INGREDIENTS

Method: Fill a highball glass with ice. Pour in the lime juice and the ginger beer. Give it a gentle stir then pour the Nil Desperandum Special rum on top. 

Garnish: Garnish with a wedge of lime. 

Glassware: Highball glass
