Tasting paddle
A selection of 4 mini cocktails showcasing our range of spirits.
Cost: $30pp
Special, Premier, Botanical, Spiced neat with ice and 1x mixer of your choice.
Timings: Available throughout the day, 10am to sunset
Bookings not required.

Tasting Experience
Be taken on a spirit journey, tasting our products.
Cost: $15pp
- Taste up to 6 of our core spirits
- Receive a free tasting glass (which you get to take home)
Timings: Bottom of the hour every hour from 10am to 5pm.
To avoid disappointment, we suggest booking your spot online here or just arrive 10 minutes early to join the experience.

Cocktail Masterclass
An immersive 2-hour class hosted by one of our lovely Sunshiners.
You will be taken through the fundamental basics and you’ll learn how to shake, strain and pour 3 delicious cocktails.
Cost: $99
- Learn to make 3x cocktails
- Cocktail info card with 6x cocktail recipes for you to take home.
- Complimentary cheese and crackers board for the table to share.
Timings: Friday to Tuesday 4pm to 6pm. Bookings are essential.
We can accommodate timings outside of this however that is subject to availability. Please indicate email us on gday@nildesperandum.com.au if you would like a different time slot.

Founders Tour
Hosted by one of our Founders in our exclusive Barrel Room or Cocktail Terrace, you will enjoy a private tour of our working distillery.
Learn about the history of gin, understand the distilling process, and listen to the story of Nil Desperandum, all whilst savouring our extensive spirits range.
To round things off, enjoy a bespoke Nil Desperandum cocktail on our terrace overlooking the hinterland rainforest, before the tough decision – each guest takes home a 700ml full-size bottle of their choice from our core range, and a pair of etched tumblers.
The Founders Tour takes place at the Distillery Door in Woombye, Sunshine Coast. Just 1 hour from Brisbane and is open to all adults of legal drinking age.
Duration: Approximately 2hr
Catering may be arranged subject to additional cost.
Cost per person $ 159.00 includes:
- The tour hosted by one of our Founders
- Tasting experience of our wide range of sprits
- A 700ml bottle of your choice from our Core Range to take home.

Corporate Events
Our Distillery is a great venue for a corporate team building event. We have large grounds for outdoor activities and what’s more fun than connecting with your colleagues over a few cocktails on our terrace. Hosted in our Barrel Room, table and chairs can be set up with meeting facilities like white boards and flip charts.
Onsite catering can be arranged using an outsourced company of your choice or our recommendation.
Offsite there are many restaurants in and around Woombye which can accommodate large groups. Recommendations can be provided.
